14 days to 73 hours before cruise departure time: 25% of the fare is non-refundable.
72 hours or less before cruise departure time: 100% of the fare is non-refundable.
Name changes may occur without penalty until 8:00 AM on the Date of Travel.
PCT reserves the right to charge a $25 change fee per reservation.

Guests can also book through Viator using the rate published on Viator (This is not the NCURA rate, nor can we apply a discount through Viator). Viator cancellation policy: 24 hours before departure (9:00 AM for cruise and coach).
